Who/What's Kendralini?

Kendralini, the Traveling Yogini, is a nickname given to me by my fiance. It's a word play on my name (Kendra) as well as a Kundalini, a type of yoga which focuses on our life force or energy.  Check out the history of Kundalini Yoga. A yogini is a female yoga practitioner (and a really cute word). Since I love to do yoga, travel, and take photos of myself and loved ones doing yoga amongst beautiful places, I decided I'd post those photos, my teaching schedule, and links to inspiring yogis and yoginis that I know and admire.
